When you search Google Images for the word “loyal,” it’s no surprise that the most frequent image associated with the term is a dog. The way some marketers approach their customers, you’d be forgiven for thinking most perceive their loyal customers to be as easy to please as a simple canine. Unlike Rover, human beings are extremely complex. Every business has peculiarities that make them unique compared to others, so the approach and tactics used by one company may be completely different than those implemented by another.
