Even though many brands are moving to e-commerce in order to connect with their customers and influencers directly, dealers continue to play a critical role in completing the sales process and driving customer satisfaction. Be it B2B or B2C, dealers help build and hold customer relationships together in the brands they deal in.
In order to find out what drives dealers to perform superlatively and enable strong relationships that ultimately lead to superior customer satisfaction, we conducted our own study focusing on relationships between a manufacturer and its dealers in the building materials industry.
